Photography that Puts Children at Ease

I have designed a studio with children in mind. One of the biggest problems that I have is children thinking that I am a doctor. The studio is designed around putting the child at ease and communicating to them (sometimes in a non verbal ways) that I will not hurt them. We make friends first before anything else. Once I have established a rapport with the child, magic happens. I work on the floor and in the open. This concept sometimes bothers adults but our focus is on the child. If an adult is uncomfortable, they can pretend that they are not. A child will not fake anything.
